Product Feed Subscription
Wineally is capable of keeping your data in sync with your e-commerce (and other) system by subscribing to your published products XML-feed.
Depending on the quality of your data and how well it is structured, Wineally will be able to identify your wines. The quality of the input is therefore important to get the best experience.
Wineally locates existing and new wines based on your information and update your stock, prices and other wine information available in the product feed.
New wines are automatically added directly to your wine cellar, given that they can be identified when matching the input in the product feed with our constantly growing wine database.
Follow the instructions for best results and provide data that is well separated and clean without any additional information.
Once a wine is identified as a probable match we’ll use the provided identifier (e.g. productid or sku) to update the wine data next time the feed is processed.
If we’re unable to locate your wine(s) in our large database you will need to manually add them to your wine cellar. Include your productid when registering the wines so that we can update the wine’s stock and price automatically when processing your feed next time.
